Yesterday, the Chemical Safety Board (CSB) updated their Recent Recommendation Status Updates page, listing changes in status for seven recommendations made as a result of the Board’s completed accident investigations. This resulted in the reduction of the number of ‘Open’ recommendations from 151 to 147.
The changes posted yesterday address recommendations made in the following investigations:
Veolia
Environmental Services Flammable Vapor Explosion and Fire,
Loy
Lange Box Company Pressure Vessel Explosion, and
Kuraray Pasadena Release and Fire
