CSB Publishes Reactive Hazards Study 30-day ICR Notice

Today, the Chemical Safety Board published a 30-day information collection request (ICR) in the Federal Register (88 FR 62532-62533) for “Reactive Hazard Study Survey of Industry Practices”. This is a follow-up to the 60-day ICR notice that was published on July 7^th, 2023.

This study is a follow-up to the 2000 report by CSB on Improving Reactive Hazard Management. A copy of the survey that will be used by the Federal Research Division of the Library of Congress is available here.
