Yesterday, with just the Senate in session, there were 17
bills introduced. One of those bills will receive additional attention in this
blog:

NOTE: The Senate has completed their first week back in
session from their summer recess and has yet to see the introduction of
legislation to reinstate the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS)
program.
