Yesterday the Chemical Safety Board (CSB) updated their Recent Recommendation Status Updates page, closing two recommendations and changing the status of three others to “Open – Acceptable Response”. These actions left 138 of 1019 recommendations open. The CSB took these actions on June 10th, 2025.
