EO 13650 Updates

As part of their ongoing efforts to comply with the President’s executive order on chemical safety and security (EO 13650) OSHA has updated their EO 13650 web site. The new information includes links to three new documents:

∙ Actions to Improve Chemical Facility Safety and Security Fact Sheet;

∙ Chemical Advisory: Safe Storage, Handling, and Management of Solid Ammonium Nitrate Prills; and

∙ Chemical Safety Alert: Safer Technology and Alternatives

Additionally, there is an announcement of a webinar to be conducted by the Chemical Safety and Security Working Group. The webinar will be conducted on June 19^th. The site provides an email address (eo.chemical@hq.dhs.gov) to sign up to participate in the webinar.
