I am hearing rumors that ICS-CERT has recently released
another control system advisory to the US CERT Secure Portal. Since I am not
authorized access (it was graciously offered but I declined for various
reasons) to that site I cannot confirm the rumor nor tell what system the
advisory is supposed to reference.
As I have mentioned on numerous occasions, control systems
professionals, system integrators and control system owners should request
access to the US CERT secure portal so that they can receive early notification
of these vulnerabilities so they don’t have to race with black hats when the
public notification is made.
