Chemical Defense Demonstration Project 60-day ICR Notice

The DHS Office of Health Affairs (OHA) published a 30-day information collection request (ICR) notice in today’s Federal Register (78 FR 34112) for a new ICR supporting the Chemical Defense Demonstration Project. The approved ICR would allow the OHA to collect information on project proposal submissions. That information will be used to evaluate and select new study projects.

OHA published a 60-day ICR notice in February and received no public comments on that notice. This notice provides a final chance for public comment before the ICR is submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for approval. Such comments may be submitted directly to OMB (oira_submission@omb.eop.gov) by July 8^th, 2013.
