CFATS Update?

Yesterday the folks at ISCD updated their Chemical Security web page and provided a link to the updated CFATS Fact Sheet that we were told to expect to see updated monthly. So far so good, it was published initially in April, updated for May and now June. There is just one small problem, when you click on the link it takes you to an ‘Access Denied’ page. Reasonable variations to the URL result in a ‘Page Not Found’ error so this page is almost certainly there; it’s just not publicly accessible.

I’m thinking that this is probably some sort of simple HTML coding mistake where someone forgot to update the link status after they got it up and running properly.
