Ammonium Nitrate ANPRM Correction

Yesterday DHS posted a notice in the federal register that they made a mistake in the original publication of their ANPRM for the new Ammonium Nitrate Control Program. In the Address portion of that notice DHS failed to include the letters ‘DHS’ in the docket number for submissions of comments. The docket number in the original publication read “2008-0076” instead of “DHS 2008-0076”. In my initial blog about the publication of the original notice (see: “Ammonium Nitrate ANPRM Published”) I listed the correct docket number. This wasn’t due to any great deductive work on my part, I had simply copied it from the heading portion of the notice instead of the address portion.
