Yesterday, the OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) announced that it had approved a new information collection request (ICR) from the Surface Transportation Board for “Reciprocal Switching for Inadequate Service”. This ICR supports the reporting and information sharing requirements established by the STB’s recent final rule on “Reciprocal Switching for Inadequate Service”. The 30-day ICR notice for this ICR was published in the final rule.
