With the Senate in session (and the House present in a
proforma session) there were 13 bills introduced yesterday. Of those bills only
one may be of specific interest to readers of this blog:
S 1519
An original bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2018 for military
activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for
defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel
strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.
When an official print version of the bill becomes available
I will be looking at this bill for cybersecurity provisions.
