With the House working from home this week there were twelve
bills introduced and the only one of those of potential specific interest to readers
of this blog was the one bill introduced in the House.
HR 4800 Latest Title: Making
appropriations for Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug
Administration, and Related Agencies programs for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2015, and for other purposes. Sponsor: Rep
Aderholt, Robert B. (R,AL)
There are two possible (maybe) areas of interest here, cybersecurity
language in the FDA section, and ammonium nitrate safety/security language in
the Agriculture section. We will have to wait and see what the published
language actually includes.
