Yesterday, the Chemical Safety Board published
an update for their ongoing investigation of the chemical
release and fires at the BP-Husky Refinery located in Oregon, Ohio. The previous
update on this incident was
published on October 31st, 2022. The new information included in
the latest report is an updated timeline for the events that led up to the
fires.
