Review - CSB Updates Six Accident Recommendations Status – 3-14-24

Yesterday, the Chemical Safety Board (CSB) updated their ‘Recent Recommendation Status Updates’ web page to reflect changes to six recommendations. Three recommendations were changed to ‘Closed – Acceptable Response’ and three were changed to ‘Open - Acceptable Response’. The actual status changes were made on March 14^th, 2024.
