Yesterday, with both the House and Senate meeting in pro
forma session, there were 13 bills introduced. One of those bills may receive
additional coverage in this blog:

I will be watching this bill for language or definitions
that includes cybersecurity or chemical security issues in the temporary
increase permitted in this bill.
