Yesterday, the OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) announced that it had approved an information collection request (ICR) from CISA on “Secure Software Self-Attestation Common Form”. This form was developed by CISA in coordination with the Office of Management and Budget to meet the secure software development attestation requirement of EO 14028. A copy of the attestation form is available.
