Fire in large oil pump situated in proximity to an ammonia tank at chemical plant. No reported injuries, no discussion about damage.

Possible CSB reportable depending on amount of damage.

‘Chlorine’ leak at gym leads to evacuation and two people transported to hospital. Some large pools do use chlorine gas instead of various safer chloring containing compounds used in smaller pools due to the amount of chlorine need for the volume of the pool.

Possible CSB incident if one or more were admitted to hospital.
