Today, CISA’s Office of Chemical Security updated a frequently asked question (FAQ) response on their Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) Knowledge Center. The revision expanded on the information provided to FAQ #1392:

The new information addresses the situation where Authorizer
(the person who would have to initiate any changes in user roles) is no longer
with the company. The short answer is have the person who would be the new Authorizer
contact the CSAT Help Desk (1-866-323-2957).
