Since the FAA is one of the agencies that could conceivably start
regulating control system security, I’ve added it to the list of agencies that
I will watch for congressional cybersecurity action in authorization and
funding measures. There probably will not be any cybersecurity measures this
year, but we did see one minor cybersecurity measure in HR 4441, the House bill
on this topic, so I will watch this bill.
