S 2372 Latest Title: A bill to
provide additional oversight and guidance to the Department of Homeland

S 2380 Latest Title: A bill to
amend title 49, United States Code, to improve the national freight policy of
the United States, and for other purposes. Sponsor: Sen
Booker, Cory A. (D,NJ)
Both
of these bills are kind of iffy about containing specific language that
pertains to chemical safety and security, but we will just have to wait and see
what they contain.
