Today the DOT’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) published a 60-day information collection request update notice in the Federal Register (90 FR 3174890) for twelve information collection efforts supporting their pipeline safety program. These are routine renewals with no programmatic changes being identified. Ten of the ICR’s have no changes in the burden estimate while the remaining two have unexplained changes.
