CSB Adds Austin Powders Release to Open Investigations Page

Yesterday the Chemical Safety Board (CSB) added the earlier announced Austin Powders investigation to their “Current Investigations” page. The new investigation, as noted previously, covers two separate incidents involving nitrogen oxides releases at two separate facilities. This officially brings to the total of open investigations to seven.
