Review - EPA Publishes Toxic Chemical Release Reporting 60-day ICR Renewal Notice

Today, the EPA published a 60-day information collection request (ICR) renewal notice in the Federal Register (89 FR 76470-76471) for their “Toxic Chemical Release Reporting” (OMB # 2070-0212). The renewal includes changes to the agency’s burden estimate (see table below).

Public Comments

The EPA is soliciting public comments on the ICR notice. Comments may be submitted via the Federal eRulemaking Portal (www.Regulations.gov; Docket number EPA-HQ-OPPT-2020-0078). Comments should be submitted by November 18^th, 2024.
