Yesterday, with both the House and Senate meeting in pro forma session, there were seven bills introduced. One of those bills may receive additional attention in this blog:
HR 9356 To establish a pilot program for State, local, Tribal, and territorial government officials to be trained by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency regarding carrying out security vulnerability or terrorism risk assessments of critical infrastructure facilities, and for other purposes. I will be watching this bill for language and definitions
that would include chemical facilities within the scope of its coverage.
