Yesterday the OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory
Affairs announced
that it had received a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) from the EPA concerning
modifications to reportable quantities. The EPA’s Office
of Land and Emergency Management (the originating office for this NPRM) administers
a number of programs that include reportable quantity standards, so it is
difficult to determine which program(s) this will effect, especially since this
rulemaking was not
included in the Fall 2017 Unified Agenda.
