Yesterday with both the House and Senate in session there
were 28 bills introduced. Of those, one may be of specific interest to readers
of this blog:
HR 5165
To prohibit entities from requiring individuals to submit to arbitration for
disputes arising from a security breach, and for other purposes. Rep.
Lieu, Ted [D-CA-33]
I will be watching to see if the definitions used in the
bill would ensure that it applies to control system security breaches, but I do
not suspect that it will.
