OIRA Problems Resolved

The problems on the OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) web site that I mentioned yesterday appear to have been resolved. A search conducted today for completed information collection requests (ICRs) shows that 173 ICRs have been approved since October 5^th. The same search done yesterday reported that none had been completed.

ICR’s of potential interest to readers of this blog (ones with changes only) include:

0694-0117 Chemical Weapons Convention Provisions of the Export Administration Regulations;

0704-0489 Defense Industrial Base Cyber Security/Information Assurance (DIB CS/IA) Cyber Incident Reporting;

1218-0176 Recordkeeping and Reporting Occupational Injuries and Illnesses (29 CFR Part 1904);

2070-0162 Partial Update of the TSCA Sec. 8(b) Inventory Data Base, Production and Site Reports (Chemical Data Reporting)

Digging into these to find the information of interest is time consuming, but I may be able to get around to at least a couple of these this weekend.
