Yesterday, with both the House and Senate in regular
session, there were 26 bills introduced. Only one of those may be of specific
interest to readers of this blog:
HR 3842
To improve homeland security, including domestic preparedness and response to
terrorism, by reforming Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers to provide
training to first responders, and for other purposes. Rep. Carter, Earl L. "Buddy" [R-GA-1]
This one is pretty much a reach, but I get interested when
the title includes the phrase “and for other purposes”. Don’t expect that this
will have a high chance of making it back into the blog postings.
