There was a news
report yesterday that the company that owns Freedom Industries (Chemstream
Holdings, Inc) has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection. This will limit
the amount of money that anyone, including the State of West Virginia or the
local governments, will be able to recover. Of course, even without this
protection there is only so much blood you can squeeze from a small company.
