OIRA Web Site Problem

OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) has an interesting ‘problem’ on their www.Reginfo.gov site. If you click on the “Current Unified Agenda and Regulatory Plan” listing under the “Unified Agenda” tab and then select one of the agencies (I usually look at DHS for rather obvious reasons) it takes you to the “Agency Rule List – 2012” for that agency. On Friday it took you to the “Agency Rule List - Spring 2013”.

While I understand that the Obama Administration has had problems keeping this site up to date (they did not post anything to the Unified Agenda portion of the site in 2012), I don’t suspect that this is anything but a really odd computer glitch; really odd.
