Yesterday the OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory
Affairs (OIRA) announced that
it had received an advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) from the
Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on “Exploring Efficient Use of Space
Resources”. This rulemaking was not listed in the Spring 2025 Unified Agenda.
