DOT 111A100W1 Railcar {Diesel Fuel} Manway swing bolts were over tightened
causing the manway to be misaligned.

Most Interesting Chemical: Benzylidene Chloride - A
colorless oily liquid with a faint aromatic odor. Insoluble in water and denser
than water. Strongly irritates skin and eyes. May be fatal if inhaled,
