Today the DHS Infrastructure Security Compliance Division
(ISCD) updated a frequently asked question (FAQ) on their Chemical Facility
Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) Knowledge
Center. FAQ
1143 deals with the determination of who is responsible for submitting Top
Screens when two or more facilities are co-located.
The change was extremely small; the substitution of a comma
for a misplaced period in the fifth sentence (after the word ‘circumstances’)
of the FAQ response. A very easily overlooked typographical error; I wonder who
caught it? I never would have.
