The DHS ICS-CERT Monitor is back
on-line. As far as I can tell it is the same document that I
reviewed earlier. There is still no mention on the ICS-CERT site why this
was pulled from the site earlier.
BTW: I have saved a copy of this this time and will post it
on LinkedIn.
