DHS Laws and Regulations Page Update – 07-08-09

Yesterday DHS revised the Chemical Security Section of their Laws & Regulations web page. They added references (w/links) to three new information collection requests (ICR) that the Department published in the Federal Register during June of this year. They also provide links to two new Privacy Impact Assessments published in June. The three ICR’s have been discussed earlier in this blog (new CFATS ICR, revised CFATS ICR, and new CVI ICR). The two new Privacy Impact Assessments (06-05-09 and 06-11-09) have not been covered in this blog. The PIA may become a subject for a future blog.
