DHS CSAT FAQ Page Update 07-02-09

Last week DHS reviewed/updated the responses to ten of the frequently asked questions (FAQ) on the DHS CSAT FAQ webpage. The questions addressed this week were: 1229 How is the STQ calculated for Ammonium nitrate as a solid with a nitrogen concentration of 23% or greater? 1560 How do I determine and enter the facility latitude and longitude in the Top-Screen? 1561 How does the Statutory Exemption Section of the Top-Screen work? 1571 What is an Exclusion Zone? 1572 Where can I find guidance for Mission Critical chemical production questions? 1576 Where can I find guidance for refinery questions? 1578 What is the definition of a "technically qualified individual" under CFATS? 1579 How does a college define itself if it has multiple buildings but only a select few have COI that fall under the regulation? 1581 How do I enter the potential refinery crude sources requested in the Top-Screen? 1588 Can you tell me where I can find additional information on CVI? Looking at the responses, I can find no new information that was provided by DHS.
