RegInfo.gov Website Not Working

After being shut down since Friday for maintenance, OMB’s regulatory search site RegInfo.gov came back online sometime yesterday, but it is still not working properly. Searches on the ‘Regulatory Review’ and ‘Information Collection Review’ tabs are only providing data on entries made on August 1st or earlier. This page is a major source of information on agencies submitting rulemakings and ICRs to OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) for approval prior (and, of course, OIRA’s actions on those submissions) prior to their publication in the Federal Register.

There is no indication on the web site that OMB is aware of, or is working on, the problem.

NOTE: The following information was added to the sitelanding page this afternoon:

“Reginfo.gov is currently undergoing revisions. Until this temporary issue is resolved, data related to EO 12866 reviews and information collection requests (ICRs) may not accurately update. EO 12866 meeting requests and public comments submitted for ICRs will be handled via email until this issue is resolved.”
