S 4543 An original bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2023 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes. Sen. Reed, Jack [D-RI]
This bill will serve (possibly with some additional changes)
as the substitute language that the Senate uses as a starting point for the
amendment process when they take up the recently passed House version of this
bill, HR 7900.
