Yesterday the OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory
Affairs reported
that it had received from the Coast Guard a guidance document, “Guidelines for
Addressing Cyber Risks at Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) Regulated
Facilities”, for review. As with most guidance documents there is no related
description of this document in the Spring 2019 Unified Agenda.
