769 - A bill to streamline the permit process for rail and
transit infrastructure. Sen.
Blunt, Roy [R-MO]
I suspect that this may have to do with
permitting issues for signaling devices required for the positive
train control systems being installed on Class 1 rail lines
throughout the country, but we will have to wait and see what the
bill actually says when the GPO gets around to printing it.
