HR 4435 Introduced – NDA FY 2015

As I mentioned earlier Rep. McKeon (R,CA) recently introduced HR 4435, National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 (NDA FY 2015); a copy of which is finally available from the Government Printing Office.

Surprisingly I can find no mention of cybersecurity or cyber warfare provisions in the bill. I expect that this will be changed as the bill goes through the markup process and proceeds to the floor of the House.

This is a ‘must pass’ bill that will almost certainly reach the floor of the House well before the summer recess.
