HJ Res 59 Reborn as FY 2014 Budget Resolution

The House Rules Committee is currently meeting to formulate yet another rule for the floor consideration of HJ Res 59. The former attempt at a continuing resolution was re-born late last night as the vessel for the FY 2014 budget resolution. Passage of this bill tomorrow in the House and Senate will presage a new year resolution of the spending stand-off that closed the government earlier this year.
