There has been lots of action in the House and Senate on the
bill introduction front leading up to their Easter Recess. There was only one
bill that might be of interest to the chemical safety and hazmat transportation
communities.
S 638 Latest Title: A bill to
amend the Federal antitrust laws to provide expanded coverage and to eliminate
exemptions from such laws that are contrary to the public interest with respect
