This morning DHS-ISCD made an unusual (and un-explained) change to the Chemical Security Assessment Tool web page. They removed the reference to (and the link to, of course) the recently published CSAT SSP Edit Process User Guide. The reason that this is unusual is that the link to that publication is still live and the publication is still listed on the CFATS Knowledge Center.
As soon as I learn something more, I’ll let ya’ll know.
