HR 4061 Passes in House

HR 4016, the Cybersecurity Enhancement Act of 200, passed in the House by a final vote of 422 to 5. All 25 amendments passed without significant opposition. The bill now goes to the Senate. Hopefully the Senate will be able to address some of the issues associated with industrial control system security during their work on the legislation.
