spilled – 330-gal Plastic IBC {Flammable Liquids, N.O.S.} IBC damaged load
shift during transit.

Most Interesting Chemical: Thioglycol: A water-white
liquid. May be toxic by ingestion, inhalation, or skin absorption. May liberate
