OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) announced
that it had received a FAR regulation on “FAR Case 2023-010, Prohibition on
Using a Covered Application”. This rulemaking was not
listed in the Fall 2020 Unified Agenda, so there is no official listing of
its purpose, but I suspect that this may just have something to do with the Tik
Tok application.
