CRS Reports – Week of 4-8-23 – Cybersecurity

This week the Congressional Research Service published a report to accompany the Homeland Security At 20 podcast’s episode on cybersecurity. The report outlines a brief history of the federal government’s cybersecurity efforts starting before the Homeland Security Act of 2002 was enacted, until today. It includes an overview of the major cybersecurity legislative efforts passed by Congress.
