CRS Reports – Week of 4-1-23 – Cybersecurity

This week the Congressional Research Service published a report on “Science and Technology Issues for the 118th Congress”. The lengthy report (57 pages) contains a one-page section on cybersecurity issues that focuses on IT issues. This is part of a larger section on “Information Technology and Social Media” that discusses a wide range of security issues.

When reading these CRS reports, remember that they are designed to provide information and resources for congressional staff. This means that these reports help to inform the legislative process and thus provide the regulated communities with insight into that process.
