CISA Publishes 2nd CFATS ICR Correction

Today the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) published an information collection request correction notice in the Federal Register (86 FR 40866-40867) for the ICR 30-day notice for the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) that was originally published on June 23^rd, 2021 and subsequently corrected on June 29^th, 2021. This correction extends the comment period until to August 30^th, 2021, because a technical error did not allow comment submissions on the OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs web page.
